Question: Do you accept section 8 vouchers and deposit assistance?
Answer: Yes. 

Question: What are the rental qualification requirements?
Answer: Rental requirements include (but may not be limited to):
    - A min of 2.5 to 3 times the rent amout in combined gross income 
    - A min of 2 year of continuous verifiable income
    - A min of 2 years good rental history
    - No evictions or broken leases
    - No outstanding balances due to past Landlords, LG&E or Louisville Water Co

Question: Do you allow smoking inside the rental units?
Answer: No smoking allowed inside of any of our units

Question: Do you allow pets?
Answer: No pets are allowed in any of our units.

A $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee is required at the time of application

• Each occupant 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application
• Applications will not be processed until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid the application fee
• The application is not complete or submitted until this fee is received
• The $50 application fee is also required for any applicant co-signer
• Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE even if you are denied tenancy
