A: Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers and deposit assistance.
Q: What are the rental qualification requirements?
A: To qualify for our rental properties, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Income: Combined gross income of 2.5 to 3 times the rent amount.
Employment History: Minimum of 2 years of continuous, verifiable income.
Rental History: A minimum of 2 positive rental history references.
No Evictions or Broken Leases: Applicants with prior evictions or broken leases will not qualify.
No Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid balances with previous landlords, LG&E, or Louisville Water Co. must be cleared.
Q: Do you allow smoking inside the rental units?
A: No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all of our units.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No pets are allowed in any of our rental units.

Rental Application Policy
Separate Applications Required: Each occupant aged 18 years or older must complete a separate application.
E-Signature & Application Fee: Applications will not be processed until every applicant has fully completed, e-signed, and paid the required application fee.
Fee Submission: The application is considered incomplete and unsubmitted until the application fee is received.
Co-Signer Fees: A $50 application fee is also required for any co-signer.
Non-Refundable Fees: All application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the application is denied.
